Do I keep my own number?
Yes — you keep your existing number. Mistco uses conditional call forwarding: if a call goes unanswered after a set number of seconds, your carrier automatically forwards it to Mistco. Your callers always dial your number, nothing changes for them. Works with every major European carrier via a simple *-code we walk you through during onboarding.
What happens to my customers' audio?
All audio and transcripts are encrypted and stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany — fully within the EU. By default, audio is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. You can adjust this in settings (7, 30, 90, or 180 days).
How accurate is the speech recognition?
Our models are trained on European languages and accents, including trades-specific vocabulary. In practice we hit over 95% accuracy on names, phone numbers, and addresses. When in doubt, the full transcript is always one click away in the app.
Can I customize my own greeting?
Yes. During onboarding you record your own greeting (or type it out and we'll generate a natural-sounding voice for you). You can change it any time in settings.
What if the AI mishears something?
Every lead shows the full transcript next to the extracted fields. If a phone number or address looks off, you can fix it in one click. For genuinely unintelligible recordings, you get a warning instead of bad data.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No annual contract, no notice period. Cancel from your settings any time — immediately, no friction. We hold on to your data for another 30 days in case you change your mind.
